About the property

Luxury villa in Playa Blanca with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 9/10 people. The private pool is electrically heated so can be used all year round.

The villa is well equipped with satellite TV and DVD. The master suite comes with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and dressing room with its own private elevated balcony for privacy or star gazing. Ther are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The High ceiling keep the Villa cool and electric fans are provided for your use should you need them.

There is a book library, games cupboard and selection of DVD's for your use so everyone is entertained.

Sun loungers, tables and chairs are provided on the terrace and there is a large marble table under a covered pergola which provides welcome shade for alfresco dining. A BBQ is also supplied which is a must as the steaks and fish on the island are second to none.

For the little ones there is a safety gate at the end of the alfresco dining area so you can let your children run around while you eat in peace wihtout fear of them getting to the pool

There are local restaurants and a couple of shops and local beaches within easy walking distance. The villa is in quiet surroundings with mountain and views across the sea to Fuerteventura from the balcony. For those who want to get away from it all but still have amenities close to hand then this is the place for you.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
