About the property

Casa Olivina sits on the side of Los Altos de Montana Roja and enjoys un-rivalled views of the sea, mountains, harbour and marina.

The villa is semi-detached (the adjoinging villa is Casa Nova) and has a long drive suitable for 3 or 4 cars.

There's a pretty front garden and an elevated pool area with private electrically heated pool which is 8 x 4 metres.

Around the pool area there is plenty of room for sunbathing on the patio. If you need shade, don't worry, there is a large covered pergola with an outdoor dining table and chairs. A BBQ is provided, you can eat outside whilst vieiwng the lights of the resort by night!

Double patio doors lead to the comfortable lounge area with settees and TV with DVD player. The kitchen area is at the end of the lounge, there is an oven, hob, microwave, kettle and fridgefreezer. There is an open drying area with washing machine.

Off the lounge you'll also find two double bedrooms which have built in wardrobes and standing fans. The main double bedroom has on-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a door to the pool side. The second double bedroom has the use of the family shower room.

At the back of this family villa you'll find a huge bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, double bed settee and TV with Xbox console and games. There is a single futon and cot with high chair. There is also a bathroom with another jacuzzi bath. This third bedroom therefore, sleeps 5 people and a baby!

This villa is excellent for two couples bringing children with them as the two main bedrooms have double beds and the back bedroom is perfect children, who'll have their own space to give you some peace and quiet!

You can add the use of a 4 seater spa for just £50 per week

We recommend car hire. The nearest shops and beach are just a 5 min drive away. This villa is a super villa for keen walkers and photographers, due to the direct access it has to Montana Roja.

If you like to star gaze or enjoy wonderful views this is the place for you!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
