About the property

This quiet and spacious complex is conveniently situated near the heart of Playa Blanca and its Punta Limones centre within easy walking distance of the harbour as well as local beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

The modernised bungalow - with its own garden and patio providing views of the communal pool - sleeps up to 4 people.

Accommodation consists of a living room with double pull-out sofa bed, single convertible pouffe bed, satellite TV and radio/CD player. One bedroom with twin beds, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, combination microwave, grill, washing machine and fridge. Dining area with foldaway table and bench seating.

Private patio with sun loungers, table, chairs and built-in barbecue.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
