Accommodation description
Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca Lanzarote is home to Villa Marazul, a luxury, two-storey villa with private electric heated swimming pool, overlooking the fabulous Marina Rubicon, set in its own gardens surrounded by a sun terrace with ample seating and padded sun loungers. A built in BBQ is provided. Ground floor accommodation consists of a shady covered terrace for dining 'alfresco', leading to the tastefully furnished lounge, which includes Satellite TV//DVD/CD player. Patio doors open on to the pool area. The modern attractive fully equipped kitchen consists of a built in oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large covered utility room hosts the washing machine and drying area. The down stairs shower room is complete with toilet and hand basin.NB swimming pool heated in winter months only.
The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The large double bedroom has a built in safe. Patio doors lead on to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the splendid views overlooking the Marina and the Atlantic Ocean. The bathroom is fully furnished with shower/bath, bidet, double hand basins and w.c.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Playa Blanca is in the most Southerly part of Lanzarote and is reputed to be the sunniest part of the Island. The ferry service in the town's harbour also offers you the opportunity to visit the nearby Island of Fuerteventura. On the Westerly side of Puerto Rubicon, you have the coastal promenade, taking you into the heart of Playa Blanca where there are ample restaurants, shops and bars, whilst venturing in the opposite direction will take you to the famous natural and unspoilt white beaches of Papagayo.

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your villa - it was furnished beautifully and the best equiped self catering accommodation ever! Gardens and pool really lovely too. It was so clean on arrival and great to have the cleaners come half way through and the pool kept clean throughout our stay. The location for us was perfect - so quiet yet still just over the road from so many amenities and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again on return to Lanzarote.”

“Had a splendid Xmas/New Year break of two weeks in warm sunny weather at the Villa Marazul. It was everything we hoped it would be; close to facilities, amenities and the marina. The accommodation was fine for our needs, including my 84 year old mother-in-law, who especially liked the fact there was a downstairs loo. The pool was warm, serviced twice a week. The apartment was also service twice during our stay.
Have no reservations about recommending Marazul to anyone; do it.”

“we stayed at the villa marazul in november 2010,highly recommended,very well equipped,and well maintained to a very high standard,pool spotless,gardens and surroundings immaculate.marina rubicon/shops and bars a few minutes stroll away(recommend lanis for breakfast).playa blanca 20 mins gentle stroll away with a good selection of shops/bars/resturants etc.well placed for public transport for those who choose not to drive,ideal for a chill out stress free holiday”
