Accommodation description

Accommodation consists of double bedroom, double bathroom with full-size bath and shower, large lounge with satellite TV, DVD player and VHS video recorder. The terrace has an outdoor table and chairs. Kitchen area comes with cooking facilities and a dining table and chairs.

On the complex there is a large family pool (approx. 100m x 20m) in a free-formed shape with free sunbeds and childrens playpark area, set in the beautifully maintained Los Molinos gardens. There is also a smaller enclosed pool on the front of the complex for your use.

A 10 minute stroll along the new sea-front promenade takes you to the lively centre of Costa Teguise. Located just a 15 minute drive from Arrecife airport which costly approx. 15€ by taxi.

The apartment is wonderfully situated for a relaxing holiday while providing convenient access to all of the islands northern attractions.

Changeover is flexible but the preference is Thursday, Lanzarote's main changeover day. Departure time is set a 12 midday but room may be maintained until later by special request.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Good quality and variety of restaurants and bars very close by. Family water park 15 minute stroll, 2 minutes taxi. 18 Hole "Campo de Golf Teguise" only 5 minutes drive, a must for seasoned golfers and an experience for the beginners.
