Accommodation description

Situated in the quiet area of Costa Teguise, Villa Eileen is only a 10 minute walk from the main beach of Las Cucharas, with its bars, shops, and restaurants.

The villa is on two levels. On the lower level is the lounge with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, stereo and games area. A fully equipped separate kitchen, off which is a utility room and drying area. On this level there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom has two double bed's for extra guests. There is also two bathrooms.

The pool area has a closed in dining area with built-in barbeque. The swimming pool has a water feature and under water lighting. The pool (8x4m) heated electrically Oct - Mar. Heating Apr-Sep can be arranged at an extra cost. Off street parking for 1 car.

On the upper level is the master bedroom with en-suite. and large sun terrace. There is a small sitting room, with its own TV, patio doors lead out to the balcony. The villa sleeps 10 in the 1 double ensuite, 2 twins and 1 twin family bedrooms provided. There are 3 bathrooms in total.

In addition to the above features, Villa Eileen has a CD-player, oven and hob, full fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, iron, cot and high chair and safe.

Villa cleaned on arrival and mid week towel change 2 week rentals and over (4 persons and over) villa cleaned weekly and weekly towel change. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Linens provided.

Holiday rental prices

Prices are based on 4 persons. Prices available for 2/3 persons on request. Xmas, New Year, Easter and mid-term breaks are charged at high season rates.

Children under 2 free. Booking deposit £250 per week. Balance due 8 weeks prior to travel. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
