About the property
These front line apartments with extended balconies, sun beds, table and chairs and fantastic sea views over the harbour and across to Fuerteventura have the Prime position on the complex. They also have been fully refurbished to a very high standard.
They have two single beds, kitchen area with cooker and all necessary cutlery and crockery provided. Satellite television, patio table and chairs and lounger. The bathrooms are fully tiled with a walk-in shower.
It is also recommended to bring binoculars so that you can get a closer look at the activity on the sea from the apartment balconies as you will see Cruise liners, yachts, dolphins and sometimes even whales!

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

NB. Even if the dates you want are shown as booked you can send an enquiry as we can probably find alternative accommodation with good sea views in the same complex.
About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Owner's Tips...
Visit the harbour restaurants and pubs at night where there is plenty of entertainment and good inexpensive food.
Trips in glassbottom boats and a ferry service accross to Fuerteventura is also available. All watersports are catered for just a few minutes walk away.
