Newly refurbished two bedroomed ground floor apartment with private patio, gardens and pool, on a small exclusive complex, with fabulous views of Fuerteventura and the mountains to the south. Situated in the Old Town, within close walking distance of shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. Also close to new golf course.
The lounge has two sofas and includes, Satellite TV (32 inch flat screen) plus DVD, also sky box (you will have to take your own sky card), CD/radio player, with french doors leading to terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar, and has all the usual facilities including oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.
Two bedrooms with twin beds, bed side cabinets and fitted wardrobes. Safety deposit box. All linen including towels are supplied. A travel cot is available. Cleaning available weekly.
Private garden and patio with table, chairs and sunbeds for use around the pool area. A small private solar heated pool with shower and sunbathing area. Car parking just outside the apartment gate.
Apartment is ideal for couples and families, no unaccompanied teenagers.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...
The airport is at Arrecife, which is a 10 minute taxi drive to the Rey Carlos Apartments. Car hire not essential as buses and taxis are not expensive. If you wish to hire a car to tour the beautiful island, there are plenty of car hire places nearby.
Old Town of Puerto del Carmen approx 10 minutes walk. Excellent cliff top walk to Puerto Calero marina, with bars and restaurants to sit and relax and watch the boats sail by. New walkway and cycle path complete length of the resort coastline.
Within 10 minutes walking distance to local beach and 15 minutes walk to the main tourist beach. Where there are pedaloes, sun beds and parasols to rent.
There are several snorkelling and scuba diving centres in the harbour area, we can recommend a very good instructor, details will be given on booking. Also boat trips, including submarines and glass bottomed boats.
Jet skis, banana boat, speed boat, fishing, close to the old town beach. Great surfing at Farmara.
New 18 Hole golf course about 5 mins in car/taxi from apartment, clubs and buggies can be hired there.
There are a number of quality restaurants around the old town and harbour area, we highly recommend the Bahia for fish and Bodega or Casa Roca for that special evening.
A visit to Fire mountain and El Golfo to see the green lagoon and enjoy lunch in one the fine restaurants over looking the rugged coast.
For shoppers the Biosfera shopping centre is only 10 minuntes walk, where you will find boutiques such as Zara and other designer outlets.
