Accommodation description

Villa Jessica is a spacious private villa in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, close to beach, shops and restaurants. It has a pool with poolside shower, garden with sun terrace and shaded eating area and built in barbeque. Outdoor pool (4.5x5.5m) heated electrically Nov - Apr. Heating May-Oct can be arranged at an extra cost.

The villa is on two levels, on the the upper level is a open plan kitchen and dining area with superb sea views. This leads to the lounge which also has excellent views of the sea and Island of Fuerteventure. There are two bedrooms on this level one double and one twin.

The full kitchen includes cooking utensils, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, full oven and microwave.

On the lower level ther is another lounge with a second TV. Off the lounge there are two bedrooms. One twin and one childrens bedroom with bunkbeds. There is a bathroom on this level also. The lounge leads out to the pool by glass double doors. The villa sleeps 6 plus 2 children in 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms in total.

This villa is fully equipped with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and stereo, games room, washing machine, safe, cot and high chair and iron.

Villa cleaned on arrival and mid week towel change 2 week rentals (4 persons and over) villa cleaned weekly and weekly towel change. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Linens provided.

Holiday rental prices

Prices are based on 4 persons. Prices available for 2/3 persons on request. Xmas, New Year, Easter and mid-term breaks are charged at high season rates.

Any weeks available over the next 4 weeks 40% discount, 8 weeks 30%, 12 weeks 20%

Children under 2 free. Booking deposit £250 per week. Balance due 8 weeks prior to travel. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
