Villa Jessica is a spacious private villa in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, close to beach, shops and restaurants. It has a pool with poolside shower, garden with sun terrace and shaded eating areaa and buitl in barbeque.

The villa is on two levels, on the the upper level is a open plan kitchen and dining area with superb sea views. This leads to the lounge which also has excellent views of the sea and Island of Fuerteventure. There are two bedrooms on this level one double and one twin.

On the lower level ther is another lounge with a second TV. Off the lounge there are two bedrooms. One twin and one childrens bedroom with bunkbeds. There is a bathroom on this level also. The lounge leads out to the pool by glass double doors.

This villa is fully equipped with your every need.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Casa Blanca is a sister villa of Villa Jessica and is only a 10 minutes walk apart it will accommodate up to 8 persons.
