About the property

This one bedroom apartment has been refurbished to a high standard. Suitable for a couple or a couple with 1 small child.

Situated near the main strip not far from the casino in the El Barranquillo complex, it is on the ground floor in the first block, close to the 2 communal pools, childrens pool, adults pool. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a good sized bathroom and a good sized living area where you will find 1 further single bed (fold out type).Linen is changed weekly and towels twice weekly.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, toasty machine, steam iron and board, hair dryer plus uk adaptor, etc. There is also a large portable fan in the lounge. Security gates on the door keep the apartment really safe plus there are security gates to the complex also.

The lounge has TV, video & DVD also radio, cassette and compact disc system. Lots of videos (non violent ones ), but bring your own DVD's and CD's if you like. There are also lots of good reading books and games. Buckets and spades for the little ones plus beach umberellas and mats.

There's a nice terrrace where you can sit out and dine.

A welcome pack is supplied for every client.

I pick you up from the airport and take you back, this is included in the price. Vacating the apartment depends on the next arrival time, I leave you as long as I can and will keep your luggage safe until it's time for me to take you back to the airport.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
