Accommodation description
This spacious luxury first floor apartment is situated on a private residential complex of Las Coronas, in the resort of Costa Teguise. The apartment is situated in one of the best positions on the complex with Playa Bastian accessible from the grounds. Ideally suited for small families and couples.
You find find a welcome pack on arrival so you can instantly make your self feel at home. The welcome pack includes tea, coffee, sugar & water.
The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds, large wardrobes and a safe. The bathroom has twins basins a full size bath, shower and the added luxury of a washing machine. The kitchen is fitted with all the usual conveniencies and amenities.
The comfortable lounge has two lovely settees one that converts into a double bed, with the added luxury of a dining area with an extra window making the room very light and spacious. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV (showing BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and limited sky channels). DVD, video and stereo CD player.
There is an outside terrace furnished with full patio set, sunbeds and parasol. The terrace overlooks stunning breath taking sea views with plenty of sunshine. The beach is easily accessed by a private gate leading to the prominade, providing a delightful stroll to the variuos beaches.
Facilities on the complex include main pool, childrens pool, paddling pool, pool side bar, and tennis court for the more energetic!
Restaurant's, bars, shops and banks are 2 minutes away with a large supermarket for all your needs. For more nightlife a 15 minute walk along the promindae or a two minute taxi ride will take you to the resort area of Jabillo and Las Cucharas.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...
Costa Teguise is an excellent place to tour the island being less than one hour from virtually anywhere. There is a huge choice of restuarants (plenty within walking distance) many offering high standards of cuisine. It is an ideal resort to keep everyone entertained with plenty to do.
For recreation there is plenty to do in Costa Teguise with diving centres, golf courses, windsurfing, a great water park and bicycle hire. Other sports on the island include go karting, horse riding, surfing and big game fishing.

“We have stayed here at least 5 times and will be going back again. The apartment is very spacious and is defiantly a home from home , supermarket, resteraunts and bars are just across the road can highly recommend the Tavern great food & entertainment.”

“A spacious apartment with glorious sea views.well placed for supermarkets,bars and restaurants.Access by private gate to lovely promenade towards Costa Teguise.Washing machine is a bonus too.Mostly south facing so get sun on roomy balcony for most of the day”
