Accommodation description

Villa Clara is a privately owned and maintained villa with a private heated pool in its own walled grounds for privacy and security, yet has stunning sea views. It is set back from the road in a quiet area yet is a 4 minute walk to the local supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the main beach and resort area of Costa Teguise. The waterpark is close by and the Golf course is few minutes drive away.
The villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor the lounge looks out onto the pool and has sky satellite TV with English telly*, DVD player with a minimum of 20 recent films, CD/radio/ipod dock, books and games. The indoor dining table seats 6 comfortably. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and drying area. There is a full bathroom, two bedrooms, one twin and one double with ample wardrobe space.
On the first floor there is a second bathroom and two further bedrooms, one double, one twin, with ample wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to the large upstairs terrace providing uninterrupted sea views. This terrace is large enough for dining and sunbathing.
The private ground floor terrace provides a heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers, outdoor dining area under a pergola and barbecue area with coal barbecue. The upstairs terrace also has patio table and chairs. The swimming pool is kept clean with a salt water chlorination system which makes natural chlorine, kinder on the environment and kinder on your skin. No more stingy eyes or other chlorine related irritations.
Maid service is once per week with an additional towel change mid week. A set of poolside towels are included for the duration of stay.
A complimentary champagne welcome pack is provided of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, mineral water and a bottle of bubbly.
*there are limited sky channels.

There is no additional charge for pool heating, pool is heated year round. There are no additional utility charges.
We accept payment by credit card via PayPal without any surcharges.
We accept any day arrivals. We are flexible on the number of days stay for short breaks or longer stays.
No charge is made for infants 0-2yrs. Cot with bedding, high chair & stairgate is provided free of charge.
About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Villa Clara is well situated for easy access to the golf course (2 min drive) and its lively aqua park is only a 10 minute walk away.
There are many varied restaurants, shops and bars within Costa Teguise to suit all tastes and budgets. Recommended Restaurants 10 mins walk: La Jornada - Canarian Restaurant & Monmartre - French Bistro. 15 - 20 mins walk: Kirman La Pikada / Repikada, Navarro

From booking onwards the whole experience was fantastic. The villa is really well maintained , beautifully clean and tidy.
