About the property

Villa Atlantica is a large and spacious 2 storey villa. It's modern design is airey and fresh.

Although only a 10/15 minute stroll to the very centre of Costa Teguise it is in a quiet location so perfect for families who like the best of both worlds. There are of course local shops and cafes nearby within a 2 minute walk.

The villa is set back from the road behind gardens and the whole property is walled for security and privacy. There is a front locking gate with intercom facility.

The 6m x 3m pool is located at the front of the villa and electrically heated for year round use. There is no an additional charge for pool heating. There is a dining table under the front pergola for alfresco dining plus sun loungers with comfortable cushions on the terrace. A gas BBQ is also located by the pool. For your convenience there is an outside shower for cooling off or for use after the beach.

The accommodation comprises an entrance way leading to a spacious living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge has modern comfortable corner suite with satellite TV and DVD player with lots of recent films available. Also books and some board games are provided. The dining area has a large table to seat 7 when necessary. The kichen is fully fitted with full oven, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and all usual small appliances. There is also an outer utility area with washing machine and drying area.

On the ground floor there is one of the twin bedded rooms and also a second sitting room with sofa bed to accommodate a seventh person when necessary. There is also a full bathroom with bath/shower, loo and wash hand basin.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with double bed and a second twin bedded room. Both upstairs bedrooms have patio doors and access to the spacious veranda. This veranda is also furnished for sunbathing or enjoying a cool breeze and the wonderful views. There are ample wardrobes in each bedroom plus a safe is located in the master bedroom. The second bathroom is on this floor and comprises shower cubicle, double sink, loo and bidet. Maid service is once a week with a mid week towel change. Poolside towels are provided for use during your stay. Also a complimentary welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, mineral water and a bottle of wine is provided.

This is a comfortable, well equipped holiday home for up to seven people. Villa Atlantica is managed by the owners and is highly recommended by previous guests.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Villa Atlantica is only a short walk away from the resort of Costa Teguise and its beautiful sandy beaches.

It is well situated for easy access to the islands only golf course and its lively aqua park is only a 10 minute walk away.

There are many varied restaurants, shops and bars within Costa Teguise to suit all tastes and budgets. We are always happy to give personal recommendations to our guests.
