About the property
Villa Carina is a luxury 3 bedroom villa with a heated pool.
There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are furnished with twin beds. The lounge diner is bright and spacious with digital TV with full sky package, video and DVD and patio doors lead to a large terrace with barbecue, heated pool and sheltering wall for privacy.
The kitchen has microwave oven and ceramic hob and built-in oven and fridge/freezer. The washing machine and drying area is located in the utility room.
There is an exceptionally large terrace with awning and barbecue area. Also available villa Maria, an identical villa with terrace and heated pool.

I need arrival and departure times for management of cleaning but arrival is normally about 12 noon and departure may be 10am but if your flight departs late we make whatever arrangements are possible at the time locally. Prices on website are not guaranteed and may be subject to change. Some one week bookings may be subject to small supplement.
Prices are for 2 sharing except otherwise stated. We have availability on another identical villa - Maria but which has pool with electric and solar heat. If interested in this villa please email for availability.
About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
Owner's Tips...
A car while not essential is recommended to visit the scenic island. The islands only golf course is within easy reach as are a range of excellent restaurants
