About the property
Villa Kearagh is a large detached villa on a spacious plot with a private heated pool and satellite TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and the 4th bedroom is a gallery bedroom on the first floor sleeping 8 adults very comfortably. There are 2 luxury marble bathrooms. There are two separate lounges each with their own televisions, DVD players and music centres. The villa is furnished to a high standard with satellite TV and a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons eg, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob etc. There is a washing machine in the utility room.
The alfresco dining area has seating for 8/10 people and a BBQ is supplied for your use. The pool is electrically heated and the large terrace area is ideal for lounging the day away in the sunshine. This villa is in easy walking distance of some local shops with a few bars and restaurants, English café, coffee shopand bakers.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
