Accommodation description
Villa Apollo and Villa Aphrodite are 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villas with their own large heated private pool.
These two villas are identical and completely independent and have their own private heated pool. We chose these villas for their excellent position very close to the sea and yet in the quiet residential area of San Antonio in Puerto del Carmen only 200 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Los Pocillos and all the facilities along the promenade. A car is therefore not essential.
Built within its own traditional volcanic perimeter wall with gate and private car parking space each villa is set within colourful flower gardens and has a particularly large south facing terrace. The terrace is provided with many comfortable sun-loungers and make it a perfect place for sun worshippers. There is a covered pergola and the terrace is also equipped with an attractive built-in barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy the perfect meal by the pool. For those who do not wish to cook there is a wide selection of good restaurants just a short stroll away.
The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge-living room with attractive dome shaped ceiling with indirect lighting and separate dining area, very tastefully furnished throughout. There is a modern open plan fully electric kitchen which is very well equipped to include microwave, toaster, electric kettle, full oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, iron and iron board. There is also satellite TV and a washing machine, and for your convenience a safe is also included. Villas Apollo/Aphrodite can accommodate eight people comfortably in four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and double beds. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share the third bathroom (double beds can be arranged on request). Maid service is 5 times per week.
Villas Apollo/Aphrodite enjoy a huge following of repeat and recommended clientele. Early booking is therefore strongly recommended.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“The villa is very well situated for the beach being only a 5 minute walk away. Also very close to supermarkets and other shops. We were upgraded to this villa so that was a lovely surprise. Very helpful staff sorted out minor problems very quickly. The pool needed some repair to tiles but this has been drawn to their attention. Maid service and pool maintainence every other day was welcomed. We will be going back and will remember our sky viewing card next time!”

“This property is lovely. I would definately recommend this villa. This was my first time staying in a villa and it will not be my last i can not imagine staying in anything else now it was truely amazing!! This villa is situated in a perfect spot close to both the beach and the shops also evry close to the strip and restaurants but laid back enough for you to have a relaxing holiday not noisy at all. We went to the water park which was a fun day out but maybe needs updateing a little bit we also went go karting which was fantastic. all in all was a great place the villa made our holiday (thats my opinion) there was 6 of us that went and the villa was by far big enough

“I have been lucky enough to stay in both Aphrodite and Apollo on a number of occasions and have decided that they both deserve lots of praise! The position is perfect - just off the main beach avenue so it's lovely and quiet - but a buzz is close by if you want it. The inside of the villa is gorgeous and kept immaculately clean. We walked to the Rancho Texas theme park a couple of times - brilliant! I thought I'd be really bored and only went for my children, but I actually loved it too and we went back again. Great value for money. All in all a very happy holiday and couldn't fault the location or accommodation - oh and the staff are all lovely too! Yes, we'll be going back again.”
