About the property
This fabulous villa has a master suite with its very own enclosed patio with jacuzzi bath - the ultimate in luxury. There is also a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share the family bathroom which has a double shower. All the important windows have mosquito screens on so no getting bitten on those hot summer nights!
The comfortable lounge contains a TV, video, DVD player and stereo - something to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen has a hob, oven and microwave - in fact everything you could need, including a washing machine.
The outside dining area is perfect for enjoying an al fresco eating experience in the balmy evenings, and comes equipped with a barbecue.
The heated swimming pool enjoys a large terrace area for soaking up the suns rays before taking a plunge.
Parque del Rey is just a 15 minute walk to the harbour, the beach and a 5 minute walk further to Playa Blancas main shopping street.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
