Villa Requiem was finished to a high standard in 2005.

This semi-detached villa is on the exclusive development Los Altos de Montana Roja. Los Altos (The Heights) sits on the side of the Red Volcano enjoying an elevated position. Superb views of Playa Blanca and the mountain ranges to Femes.

High quality finish with double PVC windows, mahogany wood doors and a spa bath in the master on-suite bathroom.

The private pool is located in the front garden and is electrically heated.

The entrance hall leads to the huge lounge with settees, flatscreen TV, DVDs and books. There are patio doors leading to the poolside. From the lounge there are doors to the following rooms, a double bedroom with en-suite showeroom, the master suite, double bed with door to poolside and en-suite bathroom, a utility room. The kitchen has a dining area with patio doors, and is fully fitted with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Again off the entrance hall you will find two large twin bedrooms which share a 'jack and jill' bathroom which has a jacuzzi bath. These two bedrooms are ideal for parents with children or for four children.

This villa would be good also for two families sharing. There are fans in every bedroom.

There is an outside dining area, sunbeds and a long drive for at least three cars.

There is Sky TV and a playstation for keeping the kids (and probably Dad's) amused.

We recommend car hire. The nearest shops and beach are just a 5 minute drive away. This villa however is a super villa for keen walkers and photographers.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
