About the property

This fabulous villa has a master suite with its very own enclosed patio with jacuzzi bath - the ultimate in luxury.

There is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom, guests staying here will share the family bathroom with a double shower. The beds are of high quality and there are fitted wardrobes in two of the bedrooms. There is a security safe provided.

The comfortable lounge contains twin leather settees, TV, DVD player and CD- something to keep everyone entertained (even games for the whole family).

The kitchen has a hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer -in fact everything you could need, including a washing machine.

The outside dining area is perfect for enjoying an al fresco eating experience in the balmy evenings, and comes equipped with a barbecue. There is a nice patio dining table with six chairs and there are six sun loungers too.

The swimming pool enjoys a large terrace area for soaking up the suns rays before taking a plunge. The garden is surrounded by a low volcanic wall. There is a small courtyard/breakfast room for those wanting to relax in complete privacy.

Parque del Rey is just a 15 min walk to the harbour, the beach and a 5 min walk further to Playa Blancas main shopping street.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
