About the property

Villa Ahlmatel is a well established privately owned luxury detached villa near the sea. It offers spacious accommodation with large private pool and pool alarm. The rooms, all light and airy, are tastefully furnished.

Lounge and dining rooms are equipped with comfortable seating and dining furniture. The modern luxury fully equipped kitchen consists of built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large covered utility room hosts the washing machine and drying area.

The spacious master bedroom with double bed has built-in wardrobes with safe and en-suite bathroom . Second bedroom with twin beds & built-in wardrobes and third bedroom with double bed and wardrobe share the main bathroom with twin walk-in shower. Fourth bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe.

Patio doors lead from dining room onto south-facing terrace and swimming pool which is heated by solar panels in the summer months or electric in the winter. There is a large terraced area where you can enjoy cooking on the BBQ. Table, chairs and sun loungers are provided. We thank our guests for not smoking inside the villa, however, smoking is welcome on the terrace and poolside.

This quiet location is ideal for a relaxing holiday with no roads or building work to disturb your tranquility, but close enough not to need a car to find the beautiful atmosphere of the original village centre, the promenades and many family attractions. This truly is a wonderful place to come, whether as a couple with friends or as a family.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

We love to go to Playa Flamingo beach which is great for children. We really enjoy many of the excellent restaurants in Playa Blanca and are particularly keen on the new fabulous 5* Marina Rubicon.
