Accommodation description
Las Coronas 43 is an attractive ground floor holiday home with large communal pool, smaller children’s pool, gym and tennis courts. The pool bar is open daily and serves hot and cold snacks.
This spacious and attractive 2 bedroom apartment has recently been refurbished to add a 3rd smaller bedroom with bunk beds. It is on a most desirable front line complex, close to all amenities and Playa Bastian beach. Las Cucharas town centre and main beach can be reached by a lovely stroll along the promenade about 10 - 15 min walk or a 3 minute taxi ride approx 2 euro.
The accommodation has a lovely sea view and inside it is truly home from home with all the mod cons, including satellite TV and internet access from the reception area. The accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and TV. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, TV and video. The third bedroom has bunk-beds, skylight and a chest of drawers. There are 2 sofa beds in the lounge for the larger family. The bathroom has a bath with shower, twin wash basins, W.C, bidet and there is a separate shower room with walk in shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with the usual appliances including a microwave, fridge freezer, full oven and hob. The lounge is a spacious and light room with sofas, coffee table and wall unit with an ample supply of books, DVD’s, games and video films. Satellite TV is installed with BBC, ITV, 4 and 5, plus free view. There is a tennis court on Las Coronas for the sportier guest.
The outside patio overlooking the pools and gardens has several sun beds, outside dining, a BBQ and a garden swing. Travel cot and highchair are available at no extra cost.
A Welcome Pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, biscuits and a bottle of wine are complimentary on arrival.
There is an option to hire beach towels at a cost of £5 per towel, please advise if these are required at the time of booking.
A sitting or support service can be provided at reasonable rates by mature NVQ carer for people with or without difficulties, airport transfers can also be arranged, please ask for more details when booking or visit the web site at:L www.yourcareaway.com.
On site there is a restaurant and sports café as well as car rental and a large supermarket for all your daily needs.
The taxi rank is just 2 minutes away and local buses visit the golf course and the aqua park (10 minutes distance)
There is a weekly market at where you can barter till your heart is content. Locally are other shops and mini-markets and all are less than a 5 minute stroll away.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...
Besides the numerous clean, safe and sandy beaches to explore, there are a vast array of restaurants and bars to try. Steptoe's and The Cavern are some I would recommend as they offer very good value for money. and there is a newly opened Indian restaurant named Tandoori SPICE, the food here is excellent!,Oscars restaurant, Casa Luis for tapas on site and many more .

“Stayed at this fabulous apartment from Oct 25 - Nov 3 2011. The apartment is fitted with absolutely everything you could possibly wish for and is massive. It was spotlessly clean and everything is in very good decorative order. Massive terrace with table chairs and loungers overlooking the pool. The complex is safe, clean and peaceful. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. Reasonably priced pool bar. Plenty of good bars, restaurants and shops just outside complex. Fantastic promenade sea walk from complex into the centre of Costa Teguise about 10 minutes. Sandra was a great help with all the local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Sandra for a fantastic holiday. Can't wait to come back.”

“WE ENJOYED OUR STAY FIRST TWO WEEKS OF JUNE. THE SITE IS VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND ALSO VERY QUIET. OUR RELATIVES FELT THAT SLEEPING 6 WE COULD HAVE DONE WITH ANOTHER TOILET, BUT WE MANAGED. THE APARTMENT WAS LOVELY AND CLEAN. HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN.31”
