About the property
Casa Fina is an impressive newly developed property only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy Flamingo beach.
This large luxurious villa boasts a splendid south facing sun terrace decked out with comfortable sun beds, patio furniture and a traditional Canarian BBQ - perfect for entertaining.
The superb private heated pool has its own spa area, which is perfect for you to relax in.
Inside the villa is a spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The modern kitchen with marble work top and breakfast bar is fully equipped with all modern conveniences you would expect, including a dishwasher.
The lounge has a comfortable leather corner suite, satellite TV, DVD player, VHS player and CD player (DVD's, Videos and CD's not supplied).
There are 2 double rooms and 2 twin bedrooms of which 3 lead directly to the sun terrace. The villa has 3 bath/shower rooms.
There is a washing machine situated in the utility room, which also has a drying area. Towels and linen are provided and changed each week. This includes beach towels and there are 2 hairdryers in the property.
In all, this villa is perfect for families with views across the sea to Fuerteventura. Its close to the main beaches, bars and restaurants, meaning you do not need to hire a car, unless you wish to explore the island further.

Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £95.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 8 adults and 1 child in Total.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, especially with the Spa, to guarantee 27/28C at all times. If this is requested then there is an additional charge of £100.00 per week. It is possible to use this system all year, if required.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.
Car hire is available please ask for details.
Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

The owners of these restaurants, Bars and shops have all agreed to provide any of our guests with a number of different gifts or discounts on your first visit.
