About the property
No. 88 is a semi-detatched bungalow on the popular Las Brisas Complex. Set in pretty gardens in close proximity to the pool area the accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and one twin bed room. There is an additional separate bathroom. Both bathrooms were totally refurbished in 2006. There is fully equiped kitchen and a comfortable living/dining area which leads to a private patio garden with garden furnature and BBQ. There is satelite TV, DVD player, a CD stereo, playstation, iron, washing machine & microwave. Bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans, there are also additional freestanding fans and heaters. A hairdryer is provided. A baby cot can be hired for infants. All windows feature security bars and fly screens for guest's comfort and the bungalow is very well maintained.
The Las Brisas complex has a large pool, childs pool, (both heated in winter) a bar with evening entertainment, a restaurant, shop, 2 floodlight tennis courts, children's play area, games room. Las Brisas is a short stroll from the Playa Blanca beachfront restaurants and shops and is ideal for both families and couples.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
Our favourite restaurant on the island is the La Era in Yaiza for wonderful and unusual Canary Islands specialties in the atmospheric setting of an old monestery.
Also we can give details of baby equiptment hire shop for highchairs, pushchairs etc.
