About the property

Finished to the very highest standards the villa boasts great views, extensive patio areas & three bedrooms over one floor level. Making this a great option for young families.

The villa comprises three bedrooms, 1 double en-suite, a second twin room, both with fully fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and matching mirrors. A third double room has been added by the owners. There is a second family shower room and a third washroom located off the hallway. Cot/high chair is available at no extra charge.

The kitchen comprises extensive work sufaces, cooker/hob, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer and microwave. A washing machine is located in the adjacent utility area.

The lounge has twin cream leather suites which convert into beds, coffee table and side tables and a cabinet with 2 widescreen plasma UK satellite TV,playstation and DVD. French doors from the lounge and a second set in the master bedroom lead to an extended patio, complete with table, chairs and sun loungers around the private pool. The villa benefits from having had the former alfresco dining area enclosed (although this can be opened up on warm evenings) with a beautiful solid wood dining table and six matching chairs. To the side of the villa is a large patio area complete with top range BBQ and seperate dining table with luxury hot tub and decking area which lights up at night . Free use of five pedal bikes, for all bookings.

The villa is a short walk from the sea with beautiful sea views of Fuerteventura,and fantastic backdrop views of Montana Roja making it suitable for couples and families alike. A championship golf course is to be built within a kilometer of the property - at the present time the nearest one is 30 mins by car.

This villa is available for rent to groups from 2 to 7, although we may be prepared to rent to eight, so please contact us to discuss this should there be eight in your party.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
