Casa Siempre is a superb villa on the gated development of Vistas del Mar. The villa has been beautifully equipped and furnished by its owners. They have created a villa that is comfortable and stylish with all the modern amenities you would expect from a quality villa.

The master double bedroom with en-suite shower room has patio doors out to the upper terrace. The second twin bedroom has use of the full family bathroom. Both the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle , toaster etc. The outside drying area houses the washing machine. The lounge has leather sofas and dining table & chairs and offers satellite TV, DVD and music centre.

Casa Siempre has one of the largest pool terraces on the development being at one end of a line of villas. The upper terrace, accessed from patio doors off of the lounge, is equipped with table, chairs and a barbecue. It has a covered pergola where you can relax and enjoy the views of the sea. The upper terrace is gated to keep children safe from the pool area. The lower pool terrace has lots of room for your sunbeds around your own private pool. An excellent villa for those wanting comfort and style in a central location.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

Nearest supermarket is only a couple of minutes away. The main Puerto del Carmen beach is a ten minute walk.

Newly opened Lanzarote Golf is a five minute drive away on the road to Tias. All 18 holes now open!
