About the property
The accommodation is a mordern self catering villa and consists of a large furnished living room with a 42" TV (Sky) DVD-player, radio and CD-player. The morden fully fitted kitchen has a fitted hob unit and cooker, it also has a full size fridge freezer, a fitted microwave oven and a fitted washing machine. There are 3 large bedrooms, one containing a double bed which is en-suite, the bedroons have fitted wardrobes. All linens and towels are provided. The large fully fitted marble bathroom is fitted with twin wash basins, low flush toilet. The en-suite is fitted with a shower.
French doors lead from the living area to the garden, private swimming pool which is south facing, ideal for sun bathing and BBQs.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

50% deposit required to secure booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before departure. £150 refundable damage deposit is required.
We charge £45 for transfer to and from the airport. Car hire service is available for £30 per day.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
