Los Helechos is a quiet complex in Puerto del Carmen only 7 mins walk from the main Playa Grande beach.

Recently refurbished and modernised to a high standard, it features a separate kitchen area with all modern electricals and has a open hatch looking through to the spacious lounge and dining area. The comfortable settee will turn into a sofa bed to make the property suitable for 4 people. The property features an outside patio area overlooking the pool.

The double bedroom is at the rear of the apartment along with the shower room both of which are decorated to a high standard with all modern amenities.

The small complex itself has a beautiful shared pool. There are a variety of restaurants in walking distance as well as night life if required. There is a small supermarket adjacent to the complex which is useful for all your self catering needs.

This is a quiet and peaceful complex for all the family to enjoy and although car hire is recommended for sightseeing, it is not a necessity.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
