About the property

Ryder's Ranch is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with high quality chunky wood furniture.

The villa has an electrically heated private pool, pool-side shower and is situated in a quiet, luxurious development.

Ryder's Ranch sits on a large high - walled garden which is gated and therefore secure for your children.

Impressive stairs lead to the master suite which is spacious with grand four poster bed, double wardobes, a safe, patio doors to a large outside balcony where you can enjoy amazing sea lighthouse and other island views - great for a moonlight rendevous or just to enjoy a glass of wine after the kids have gone to bed! The sunset views are fabulous from this balcony.

A door leads onto a brightly coloured marble en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

The first twin bedroom has two single beds and double wardrobes, with window to the pool area, as does the second twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over bath.

The lounge has a cream leather settee's facing the large patio windows which lead to the pool area. There's a widescreen TV with DVD and some DVD. A full information pack is provided.

The kitchen has a galley style breakfast bar looking over the lounge and is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and window to the front garden. There's a window door to the indoor dining area which has a large table and also typical canarian seating. There is a built in BBQ on the extensive patio. There are sun loungers and an outdoor patio set for lunch in the sunshine!

All of the windows at Ryder's Ranch have shutters on and there is a security alarm if you choose to set it for peace of mind.

A welcome pack is provided with tea/coffee/sugar/milk/orange juice/water and biscuits.

Faro Park is away from the main resort of Playa Blanca and is in a very quiet location, although a stones throw away you can find an Indian Restaurant, Spanish Café, French café/bar, English pub with major sporting events and pool table, a small convenience store with all your essentials and UK papers plus a Mediterranean restaurant.

If you like this villa but there are more of you, then have a look at Casa Camelot which is the villa in front. If you book both villas then 12 or 14 of you could enjoy the same holiday without getting into eachothers hair!

We recommend car hire (which can be booked via us) as the nearest beach is a 5 min drive away, as is the village of Playa Blanca. However, there are some lovely mountain and costal walks to do.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
