Accommodation description
Luxury villa situated on a huge plot and completely private, it commands stunning panoramic views to the mountains and the sea. Villa Lucia is walled and gated for child security and features a large heated swimming pool with vast sunbathing terraces and BBQ area where you can relax in complete peace and tranquillity.
Villa Lucia is very spacious with a grand glass atrium entrance hall leading to all rooms. It has an open plan lounge and dining area with a table that seats 8, the kitchen is also fully equipped. Complete with flat widescreen TV with English satellite including BBC1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5, DVD player and CD radio player (there are a selection of DVD´s available). There are a small selection of books and games also provided. The villa also has air conditioning with heating.
There are four bedrooms, two have kingsize beds and both also have en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. There is also a family bathroom and all bathrooms are fully tiled complete with double his and hers vanity sinks. All towels and linen are provided including beach towels.
The heated pool is a nice size, approx 10 x 5 metres. It has roman steps making it easier for children and the old. All tiles on the swimming pool terrace are non slip and the pool is fitted with a pool cover keeping the heat in at night.
If you are looking for luxurious accomodation in a stylish modern villa away from the busy tourist areas, Villa Lucia is ideal for you.

About Guime, Lanzarote
Guime is a village situated in the hills overlooking Arrecife and the sea. Centrally situated, it is within easy reach of Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen and all the main tourist attractions as well as the airport, which is a 15-minute drive.

Owner's Tips...
Positioned on the outskirts of the peaceful but typically Canarian village of Guime, with the benefits of having everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and the option of being in one of the islands many resorts within a 10 - 15 minute drive. Guime is between Lanzarote's 2 golf courses and an ideal location for golfers. There are also 2 racing tracks close by and a water park in Costa Tequise, you can be there in 10 minutes. The village has a small but picturesque square where there is a bar and a local shop if you fancy a walk rather than driving. A car is essential as there is so much to see on the island as well as the many beautiful beaches. Although only 10 minutes from Arrecife airport, do not be put off by this, Guime is a really peaceful village.
The Cesar Manrique Foundation is 5 minute drive, this is a very popular place and attracts all ages. There is a water park and two go karting tracks all within a ten minute drive. There is a shopping centre ony 5 minutes drive, with many shops, cafes, bowling and cinema all under one roof.
Puerto Calero is a beautiful marina, not to be missed.

“The villa is absolutely amazing...spent a week there with my Auntie her friend and my 6 month old daughter, it was perfect..would definately recommend it, it has everything you need for a perfect chilled out getaway :o)
Absolutely huge, very spacious, pictures of the pool do not do it justice, it is much bigger than it looks..
Looking forward to going back again with my little Niece and Nephew, they will love it”

“Myself, husband & 2 children stayed at Villa Lucia on 27th June. We loved every minute of our stay. Villa Lucia was large & spacious and was spotless. The swimming pool was fantastic and the position of the villa is perfect and in a great location. Would recommend this villa to anyone and will defintely be going back for our next holiday. “Just come back from this villa, the accomodation is excellent, furniture and fitting clean and bright, for inside and outside living. Plenty of sun beds large swimming pool (picture dont do it justice).
Has everything you could need to enjoy a perfet holiday. Would highly recomend the position as it is located to reach all of the resorts on the island, (you need a car). We hired a car at the airport and with directions given by Mrs Dixon we found the villa quite easy.
I will use this villa again and take the rest of the family.”

About us
We live in England with our 2 children and pet Australian Terrier. We run our own business working long hours. We spend all our holidays in Lanzarote and have enjoyed so many wonderful family times there. Our boys are 16 and 13 yet we still look forward to returning whenever possible. We love Lanzarote and decided to buy in Guime as although classed as rural, you are 10 minutes away from numerous resorts, for example Playa Honda, Puerto Del Carmen and Matagorda. Costa Tequise is 15 minutes and Playa Blanca is probably 20 - 25 minutes. A car is essential, but the roads are fine.
What we love about our property
Villa Lucia has stunning views of the mountains at the rear and views of Arrecife and the Atlantic Ocean to the front. We really wanted to experience what real Canarian life is like, not always wanting the hustle and bustle of resort life. We feel that Villa Lucia gives us the best of both worlds, luxurious accomodation, peace and tranquillity experiencing true canarian life, but not being too far away from various resorts and beautiful beaches for whenever the mood takes you. What more could you ask for!
