About the property

There is a large master bedroom with plentiful wardrobe space, a luxurious ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi bath - the ultimate in luxury. There is also a large corner shower.

There is a second double bedroom and a large twin bedroom with built in wardrobes, the family bathroom has a double enclosed shower. The furniture is of high quality. There is a security safe provided. The fourth bedroom has a single bed with an underneath pull out bed for children.

The lounge contains three comfortable leather settees to seat 8 people, TV with English speaking satellite channels and a DVD player - something to keep everyone entertained.

The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer - in fact everything you could wish for, including a washing machine situated in the seperate utility room just off the kitchen.

The dining room off the lounge is luxuriously furnished, it has a ceiling fan with lights and patio doors leading out to the pool and terrace area.

The electrically heated swimming pool enjoys a large, sheltered terrace area for soaking up the suns rays before taking a plunge in warm waters.

The community of Parque del Rey is just a 20 minute walk to the harbour and Playa Flamingo beach - a further 5 minute walk to Playa Blanca´s main shopping street and the long walkway running beside the sea.

We also have a selection of other villas in Parque Del Rey so if you are travelling with friends and family there will be similar great villas nearby for them too!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
