About the property
Casa Becky is a modern detached villa set within a large garden with spacious terrace area and a private heated swimming pool.
The villa has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and asecond bathroom. An additional fold out single bed is available for a 5th guests, if required. There is good sized lounge dining room with two leather sofas, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, video, DVD and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and diswasher. The washing machine is located in a separate utility area.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Owner's Tips...
Casa Becky is about 5 minutes walk from The Los Pocillos beach, restaurants and supermarket. The Costa Teguise golf course is within 20 minutes drive. A new golf course, currently under construction just outside Puerto del Carmen and will be a 5 minute drive from the villa.
