About the property
A traditional refurbished Canarian House, containing a luxury 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom apartment.
This apartment has a private entrance & patio area, three double bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom having a King Size bed and bed settee and an extra large en-suit bathroom. It can accommodate up to 6 adults and two children comfortably. A cot, highchair and buggy is available on request. There is a spacious lounge with two leather sofas and a seperate dining area, leading to an open plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, complete with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, coffee machine & washing machine. There is satalite tv & dvd's. French doors take you to a private terrace and out to the swimming pool, sun loungers. There are plenty dining and sitting areas all around the house, with tasteful planted areas to chill out or dine the night away with a good glass of wine or two! The roof terrace has spectacular views of the sea & mountains and is accessed via outside stairs with more sunloungers & tables and chairs. Vistors have said "this is one of the best apartments they have stayed in on the Island"!
A welcome pack greets you on arrival containing a bottle of wine, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee, bread rolls, cheese and ham to get your holiday off to a good start!
The sea is a 2 minute walk from the house.
There are several natural sea swimming pools, unique to the village, right at the bottom of the street! Good restauarants, tapas bars by the sea, mini markets, a well stocked supermarket, cafe's and a gift shop are all in walking distance.
Totally unwind and see the real Lanzarote, while staying in luxury accommodation. We promise you won't be disappointed! We offer an airport transfer service from and to the airport for 60€ (total) for up to six people.
There is also a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor of the house and 3 seperate studio apartments with seperate entrances and private balconies (from only £150 per week for 2 people, the studios offer great value for money). These are also ideal to use as a spare bedroom for extra guests if you book the three or two bedroom apartment.
The whole house is ideal for the larger extended families for Christmas, anniversaries, any special occassion or simply a big family holiday! It can accommodate up to 18 people and discounts apply for larger parties, please contact us for more details.

Owner's Tips...
Punta Mujeres is a quaint fishing village, unspoilt and away from mass tourism, giving you an authentic taste of Canarian life. There are several restaurants, mini markets, a gift shop & cake shop all within walking distance.
Sample traditional tapas at the local "Piscina" in the heart of the village right next to one of the natural swimming sea pools and try the local wines to accompany them. Not only do they taste good but the prices are a fraction of what you pay in the tourist resorts! A delightful seafood restaurant is right at the bottom of the streat overlooking the sea called "Las Tres Lunas", fresh fish cooked Canarian style with traditional Canarian potatoes and the delicious sauses, bursting with flavour!
There is a lovely unspoilt sandy beach in the neighbouring village of Arrieta with a beach bar that serves traditional fresh tapas all day long!
Both Punta Mujeres and Arreita are known for their seafood restaurants and we have ate in most of them and they all offer good quality food and value for money.
The famous "Jameos Del Agua" caves is around a 5 minute drive away, or 20 minute walk, and near to there is a beautiful white sandy lagoon where you can walk out for miles in the clear blue waters. The town of Costa Teguise is around a 10 minute drive away and the lovely traditional town of "Haria", Valley of a Thousand Palms, is a 5 minute drive away. The old town of Teguise (where the Sunday Markets take place, is around a 15 minute drive away. There are some fabulous walks and cycles are available for use at the house, free of charge!
