Accommodation description
Luxury villa with private heated pool and outdoor jacuzzi situated on lovely development within a 10 minute walk of the coastal path into Playa Blanca.
Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with marble flooring throughout, extended outdoor dining areas, sun room with large Canarian seating area and BBQ, spacious sun terraces with feature jacuzzi, fully walled for privacy and child safety, stunning roof terrace with views to Fuerteventura and Montana Roja. 8x4 heated pool with roman steps. Family friendly with under 5's free and there is a buggy, cot, baby walker and steriliser available for use. There are also a large selection of pool toys, DVD's, games and books for use by guests. A welcome pack to get your holiday started is included and generally has tea/coffee, bread, milk, butter, ham and wine. The kitchen is fully fitted with all time saving labour devices required for a relaxing holiday.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

“We stayed in this villa for 10 nights in July 2010 and had a vey comfortable, relaxing holiday. Casa Escocia has everything you could ever need - a real home from home. The private pool was great and the hot tub a real luxury - great at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine! It was very well presented and spotlessly clean with a mid-week linen and towel change. The villa managers, Bob and Suzanne were on hand should we need anything and were very helpful. The villa is in a good location, only 3 mins walk from the bus stop and 10 mins walk from nearest convenience store, cafe/bar and bakery. There were only the two of us staying, but the villa is very spacious and would be great for families.”

We bought this beautiful villa for our family to enjoy and to enable us to relax by our own pool and to explore the wonderful island of Lanzarote. We welcome guests from all over Europe, and sometimes beyond, and we all share the same opinion - it is truly a magical place to stay with your family and friends and to enjoy all the extras we have added to make it a truly luxury villa holiday.
What we love about our property
We love everything! Sitting around the table chatting while the sun sets, watching the stars late at night in the jacuzzi, taking in the fantastic views from the roof terrace to Fuerteventura and just enjoying the peace and privacy.
