About the property

The villa is situated within the quiet residential area of Los Volcanos. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and benefits from an extensive private sun terrace that catches the lovely Lanzarote sunshine, it has its own private electrically heated pool complete with pool side shower and also benefits from a BBQ. Sunbeds, tables, chairs are provided, just about everything for outdoor living.

You enter the detached villa into hallway off which is immediately situated a spacious, airy, fully furnished, lounge/dining room. The American galley style kitchen has been equipped by two chefs so you should not want for a thing when cooking (except perhaps them to cook for you!)

Patio doors open out onto a large terrace which has sunny and shady spots too. An inner hallway leads to 4 bedrooms and main family bathroom, the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Outside, the villa is set in its own private gardens with open aspects to the rear.

Three of the bedrooms are spacious doubles whilst the forth is a twin bedroom. Each room has an overhead ceiling fan for keeping you cool and if you are bringing baby you can make use of the cot and high chair provided.

The utility room houses the washing machine, ironing board and iron.

From the lounge a picture window frames the Rubicon mountain ranges. Entertainment takes shape with UK TV, DVD player, CD player, books and games.

To reach Playa Blanca centre on foot would take around 25 mins and would be less than 2 mins in the car.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
