Accommodation description
Casa Prazer is a spacious, modern villa located in the village of Tias, just 5 minutes drive from the newly opened golf course.
This villa is set in an elevated position giving privacy and panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The large terrace area has seating and sunbeds for 6, a BBQ and a heated pool with Roman steps.
The front door leads you into the dining area with seating for 6 adjoining the fully fitted kitchen including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is located in the adjoining Solana. The sunken living room adjoins the dining room and includes comfortable seating for more than 6, TV with Freeview SKY channels and DVD. For your entertainment, there is also a hi-fi unit, books and games.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and doors leading to a secluded patio area and garden. The bathroom is en-suite.
The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and there is a separate, full guest bathroom. All the bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes.
A basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water is provided. Extra items can be provided at cost price.
The village of Tias has several supermarkets and a good variety of bars and restaurants all of which are within walking distance from the villa. Tias is centrally located with the airport and Puerto del Carmen approximately a 10 minute drive whilst Costa Teguise or Playa Blanca are approximately 30 minutes by car.

About Tias, Lanzarote
A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!

Owner's Tips...
Casa Prazer is situated close to many of the shops, bars and restaurants so, although we recommend car hire, it is not essential. The nearest taxi rank is approximately 5 minutes walk. In the villla, we provide an information pack giving details of the local area and Lanzarote in general along with various activities available on the island.

“We have stayed at Casa Prazer before and it was still at the high standard we remember it to be. Are only disapiontment was the temperature of the water in the pool but we thought that may have been due to a broken pool cover and perhaps the heating wasnt put on for that reason.
We had family join us and I know they were really impressed as it was their first experience of a villa holiday. I know what they are all saving up for now!

“Never got round to writing a review!! Stayed there in June/July 2010 for 2 weeks. 2 adults / 2 children. We all had a great time. Tias was perfect for us, A short drive ( 5 minutes ) from the PDC and a very short drive from the airport. Everything was as we hoped and more. Kitchen is very well equipped for some home cooking, the bbq was great and easy to use. The entire villa was clean, modern and well looked after. All of the beds were comfortable. We genuinely had no complaints what so ever. It's always think it a risk booking an independent villa and paying for it before you arrive. Rest assured it is money well spent with Casa Prazer. Lesley was very helpful and informative. I can honestly say I would recommend this all of my family / friends and anyone who wants a high quality / value for money / comfortable villa. We will be back!”

“HAVE BEEN GOING TO LANZAROTE FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS TOOK SOME TIME OUT TO SEE THE WHOLE ISLAND MADE POSSIBLE WITH THE HELP OF HAVING SUCH WONDERFULL SUROUNDINGS THE VILLA HAD IT ALL AND EVEN THOUGH TIAS IS VERY QUIET YOU ARE WITHIN 5 MINS DRIVE FROM ALL THE HUSSLE NIGHTLIFE ETC TAXIS ARE 6EUROS TO PUERTO DEL CARMEN AND BUS IS 1 EURO AND RUN EVERY HOUR AND VERY PUNCTUAL FELT AS IF I WAS AT HOME THE WHOLE TIME BY FAR THE MAIN BONUS WAS HAVING YOUR OWN SPACE AND POOL AND WORKING COMPLETELY TO YOUR OWN TIME SCOPE. WOULD DEFINATELY BOOK THIS VILLA AGAIN FANTASTIC.BEST TIME IN LANZAROTE SO FAR.”
