About the property
Villa Lima is a newly built property in the popular location of Montana Roja.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 being ensuite. All the bedrooms are twin rooms, however the beds are designed to be put together to make king size beds.
The lounge has comfortable leather sofas and a large dining area. The villa also benefits from a wide screen LCD television, satellite television and DVD player (DVD's not supplied).
The kitchen has a modern design with solid marble tops. It has all the facilities you would imagine a villa of this standard should have - including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
Unique to this is villa is a roof terrace. This terrace provides completely private all day sunbathing and fantastic panoramic views of the ocean, Fuerteventura and the Femes Volcano range.
Outside there is an upper and lower terrace. The upper terrace has attractive railings and is gated, making it perfect for families with small children. The lower terrace is where the pool is located. It is a large heated pool with roman steps.
It's within a 10 minute walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and the bars. It's ideal for families or groups of friends as it offers a peaceful location, but with easy access to all the life Playa Blanca has to offer.

A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
This villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50€ per week.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday
A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week, per item.
Car hire is available please ask for details.
Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you. Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30€ per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
