About the property
Villa Montana is located in the highly exclusive area of Baja Los Riscos and is definitely one of the most individual and stunning villas in Playa Blanca.
Inside there are 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Striking black granite stairs lead to the isolated master bedroom located on the first floor. The king size bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and separate bath. There is also a walk-in wardrobe and office. The master bedroom also has its own private sun terrace, which has fabulous sea views and is ideal for either watching the sunset or if you’re an early bird the sun rise is breathtaking.
The other bedrooms are located on either the ground floor or on the lower level and are all twin rooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms.
The kitchen, lounge and dining area are all located on the ground floor. The kitchen has everything you would expect from a villa of this standard. With its marble tops and stand alone centre ceramic hob, it's an ideal location for preparing and enjoying some of the culinary delights Lanzarote has to offer. The kitchen also has patio doors leading directly to the sun terrace and large BBQ area.
The open plan lounge and dinning area are very comfortable. With large sofas, wide screen television, DVD player (DVD’s not supplied) and satellite the lounge is a pleasure to relax and watch the world go by though the large patio doors, again leading to the sun terrace.
Outside is a large south facing sun terrace with an extravagantly large private heated pool. The terrace is completely private and attracts the sun all day. In front of the pool is a well established tropical garden to gaze upon.
This villa also has a large play room to keep every body entertained. Included in the games is a full size table tennis table, with balls and bats supplied.
The property is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, but for the more energetic still within walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants and bars (about 20 minutes). Alternatively, you can walk to the local taxi rank, which take about 5 minutes. The taxis are very reasonable and would cost between 2 and 3 euros to get into the centre of Playa Blanca.

Rates shown are for 6 persons: Please add £100.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 10 adults and 2 child in Total.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £100.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
A deposit of £300 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
This villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.

Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.
Car hire is available please ask for details.
Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
