Casa Gabriela is a very spacious four bedroom detached villa set within secluded volcanic gardens and has a magnificent 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool surrounded by extensive terrace areas with comfortable sun loungers and rattan furniture.

The villa has been fully furnished throughout to the highest standards, ensuring that all possible needs are catered for. This charming villa, having been carefully restored, offers exceptional accommodation for up to 8 people. Transfer time from Arrecife Airport is approximately 10 minutes.

Spacious sitting room with 2 large leather sofas and pouffe, original Indonesian rustic furniture, TV with full Sky Digital package, DVD and video player, CD player, gas-fired log effect fireplace. There is an additional separate curved banquette seating area – ideal for playing games or reading a book.

A stunning dining room with a unique lava rock feature wall running the length of the room and a Canarian-style timber ceiling. Full wall length folding concertina-style doors lead out onto the terrace, shaded by an enormous pergola and then onto the pool area. The doors push back fully allowing alfresco or indoor dining as required; a beautiful cherry wood dining table with 8 chairs and matching sideboard is the focus of the room. There are archways into both the kitchen and the lounge, making the whole living area feel open plan.

An exceptionally large tiled kitchen, fully fitted with washing-machine, dishwasher, touch control Halogen hob, microwave oven and fridge / freezer, all complemented by the cool black granite worktops.

The master bedroom has a gorgeous leather king size bed with rustic wooden and cane bedside tables. There is a luxurious large fully tiled en-suite bathroom, with bath, walk in shower, marble topped twin vanity unit and WC. Patio doors lead directly onto the terrace and pool area. There is an elegant 4-poster bed in the second master bedroom with matching bedside tables. This room also has its own fully tiled en-suite bathroom with a full-body jet-shower. The third and fourth bedrooms both have beautiful pine twin beds and matching bedside tables and lamps. They are situated next to each other and share a fully tiled separate shower room with shower, basin and WC. All the bedrooms are fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, duvets, mirrors and superior quality bed linen.

Externally, there is a huge pergola with terracotta-tiled terrace immediately outside the whole of the rear of the villa, providing some welcome shade in the sunny, south-facing garden and pool area. This terrace has a large round table with seating for 8 people and an additional seating area with a large rattan sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. The rest of the garden provides a large terraced area with ample space for sunbathing on 8 comfortable sun loungers. The large pool (8mx4m) is solar heated and access is via large steps in the shallow end. There is also a barbecue and a variety of plants including cacti in the rest of the garden.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
