About the property

A modern 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom/shower room high standard holiday villa.

This villa has been furnished and decorated to a luxurious and high standard in a contemporary style with leather sofas to the lounge. The 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 singles, set at each end of the villa allows for separate family habitation if required. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and there is a further fourth bathroom. There is a separate luxury fitted kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle , fridge-freezer, etc. The large living area has a dining room to one end. Included in the lounge are a DVD player with a selection of DVD's , TV with satellite installed and hi-fi system all for your comfort and relaxation. The two master bedrooms have double beds and the two single bedrooms have twin beds. All rooms to the villas are tastefully furnished in contemporary settings.

To the outside there is a covered pergola for your comfort and retreat from the sun; a hand-crafted BBQ for those sultry evenings of alfresco dining; a very large private heated pool and separate children's splash pool with the dual heating system with electric heating.You can enjoy 30 degrees in the winter and low season by way of the excellent heating system.
Superb ambient coloured lighting for the garden at night time. There is parking for two or more cars in the grounds of the villa, ample sun terracing and a plentiful supply of sun loungers and an exterior dining area is provided. The outside is complemented by walls to all sides giving a high level of privacy.

The number of bedrooms is as detailed in the property description. Some of our villas do come equipped with a cot and high chair, others may be hired. Please ask for availability.

Use of all facilities. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided at the beginning of your stay, and for those staying 2 weeks or more a 2nd bed linen and towel change will take place at the start of the 2nd week. There is also a mid-week towel change. Weekly pool clean. Additional cleaning/bedlinen can be arranged on request at an additional charge. Clients are requested to bring their own beach towels as villa towels are not to be removed from the premises. Although the villa is cleaned thoroughly after your visit the owners reserve the right to charge extra for cleaning if the villa is, in their opinion, left in an unreasonable state.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Situated in a quiet residential location yet being only some 15 minutes stroll to the picturesque heart of the village of Playa Blanca.

In Playa Blanca you will find a good selection of restaurants and bars offering a wide selection of cuisine from typical canarian to Burger Kings. There is a delightful promenade with a small, safe sandy beach at the centre. Playa Blanca was once a small fishing village but it is now rapidly becoming Lanzarote's premier resort. Here you can take the ferry across to Fuerteventura and the beautiful Papagayo beaches are easily accessed from Playa Blanca.

If you are looking for a high quality relaxing holiday without the high tempo nightlife then this is your ideal place to visit.
