About the property
Luxury villa in an excellent location in Playa Blanca, new on the market to Primero at a highly competitive price. Villa San Borondón is some 15 minutes walk to the centre of Playa Blanca yet having a local supermarket only 3 minutes walk away.
Casa San Borondón can accommodate parties from 2-10 people. Although this is a large villa this beautifully proportioned villa is not lost on 2 people, yet the design will also suit parties of 2 individual families as the accommodation is split into 2 floors each having 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. The double to the ground floor has patio doors giving access to the pool and terrace with large en-suite shower room; the double to the first floor has patio doors giving access to the balcony with superb views. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. Large living room with ample seating; separate dining room with high quality furniture; fully fitted kitchen which is luxuriously appointed including dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, coffee machine,etc. The villa has basic satellite system including English channels, also with a good family range of DVD´s in the villa.
Exterior patio doors from lounge give access to terracing, the first part of which is covered to provide subtle shade; outside dining area and chairs; hand-built BBQ; generous heated pool - approx. 9x4m with separate children’s splash pool approx. 3x2 m. The whole pool and terracing area is beautifully surrounded by sympathetic planting. This villa is a must for the discerning holiday maker.
The number of bedrooms is as detailed in the property description. Some of our villas do come equipped with a cot and high chair, others may be hired. Please ask for availability.
Use of all facilities. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided at the beginning of your stay, and for those staying 2 weeks or more a 2nd bed linen and towel change will take place at the start of the 2nd week. There is also a mid-week towel change.Weekly pool clean. Additional cleaning/bedlinen can be arranged on request at an additional charge. Clients are requested to bring their own beach towels as villa towels are not to be removed from the premises. Although the villa is cleaned thoroughly after your visit the owners reserve the right to charge extra for cleaning if the villa is, in their opinion, left in an unreasonable state.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Terms and conditions: On receiving a provisional booking, we will confirm availability and reserve the booking dates for five days. A £200 deposit is then payable to confirm the booking. If we have not received payment (by cheque or bank transfer within 5 days) the provisional booking may be cancelled. Once the £200 deposit is paid that if the client cancels they may lose this deposit.
A £100 deposit for breakages (refundable) to be included in final payment due within 8 weeks prior to travel.
Any damage to the property is expected to be paid for and therefore appropriate travel insurance should be taken out. Small damage/breakage costs will be deducted from the refundable bond and if greater in value will be collected on your return home.
As part of the agreement to let the property, we cannot be responsibility for any loss or damage to the personel effects of the hirer during their stay nor any personal injury which may be sustained whilst on the property.
The owners cannot be held responsible for any unforeseeable circumstances which might affect your stay eg power cuts, building work or poor weather. We will however do our best to help resolve any issues which may arise.
Welcome packs can be pre-ordered: a basic pack at 20 €- to include a selection of drinks, including milk,tea,coffee,wine,beer, etc or a luxury pack at 30 € to include all the above including basic food items and a bottle of bubbly for your arrival.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
