About the property
Casa Guanche is located in a quiet side street in the Los Mojones area of the Old Town.
This traditional style villa has a large lounge with one wall of volcanic rock and patio doors out to the the garden which is very private. There is terracing for your sunbeds by the pool which is heated in the winter months. Off of the large dining room there is a covered raised tiled terrace equipped with table and chairs and a gas barbecue. This terrace has a picture window which looks inland and has views of the mountains.
Steps from the upper terrace lead down to the pool and garden area. The villa has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a shower room. It will appeal to those seeking a quiet location and privacy.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
