This attractive semi detached villa has a view of the sea and is ideally located in the Calamares area of Playa Blanca situated only 6/7 minutes walk to the centre of the resort with its many bars restaurants and shops.
The villa offers peaceful surroundings but is within easy reach of all the facilities.
The villa stands in its own grounds with large open and covered terraces and a 8m x 4m private, heated, swimming pool and built in BBQ.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises:

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
