This fabulous 3 bedroom villa with full sky satellite TV package and private heated pool is located close to the Village of Playa Blanca. Furnished to a very high standard with luxury marble floors and bathrooms.
Casa Pleasance comprises 3 large bedrooms with the master suite having the benefit of an en-suite bathroom and a private sun terrace with views across the ocean to Fuerteventura.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine in the utility room for your use.
The large terrace overlooks the beautiful heated swimming pool and landscaped garden. The alfresco dining area has sliding patio doors and provides seating for up to 8 people and there is a BBQ for the family chef. Patio sun loungers are provided for lazing the day away in the sunshine.
A cot and high chair are provided in the store should they be required.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
