About the property
Villa Vista is a 2 bed 2 bath detached high quality villa with its own private pool (8x4) which is electrically heated.
The villa is on a quiet residential complex of other villas, which would not be suitable for those who like to party late or play loud music.
Inside there is comfortable settees, heavy wood furnishings, marble floors, high ceilings, TV with English channels, a DVD player with up to date films, CD player. There is also a full information pack on the villa and surrounding area. A security safe is provided for your holiday valuables.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob.
The large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing table has an en-suite marble bathroom with shower over bath. The twin bedroom enjoys a view to the private pool and has the use of the family walk in shower-room.
The indoor dining room is off the kitchen has doors that can be flung right open to the outdoor dining area and stone BBQ. It also boasts a picture window which frames a wonderful sea view (hence the villa name Villa Vista!) The garden is fully walled with sun loungers and a lockable gate to the pool will give parents of young children peace of mind. From the garden you can see the sea, lighthouse and neighbouring islands.
There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. There is off road parking.
Faro Park is away from the main resort of Playa Blanca and is in a very quiet location, although a stones throw away you can find a Chinease Restaurant, Spanish Café, French café/bar, English pubs with major sporting events and pool tables, a small convenience store with all your essentials and UK papers plus a Mediterranean restaurant and an Italian one.
We recommend car hire as the nearest beach is a 5 min drive away, as is the village of Playa Blanca. However, there are some lovely mountain and costal walks to do.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
