About the property
New luxury detached villa in Marina Rubicon, with private electric heated pool, unspoilt views to the mountains and sea. Free bottle of wine on arrival!
Well managed family run buissness extra cleaning for 2 wks or more welcome packs for late flights.
3 bedrooms, two with french doors leading on to large balcony with table and chairs and great views. Master bedroom with superking size bed fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 with kingsize bed fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and hanging space. Bathrooms have bath, power shower double marble sinks, wc and bidet. Downstairs wc.
Living/dining room has seating for 6, leather furniture sofas, chairs, french doors leading to the pool and gardens.
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. Plus a utility area housing the boiler and washing machine drying area.
Outside is a dining table and 6 chairs, umbrella, BBQ and 4 sun loungers.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
The villa is walking distance from Rubicon Marina and very close to Papagayo beach. Opposite is a taxi rank, supermarket, rent a car and tapas bars, coastal walk is about 5 mins from the villa.
