This is a light and very well equipped apartment, which is designed to cater for all your holiday needs.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One large twin bedroom and the second room incorporating bunk beds, therefore ideal for a family holiday.

The kitchen is of open plan design and is equipped with oven, microwave and washing machine. The living room leads directly onto the patio area which overlooks the communal pool.

This quiet spacious complex with large swimming pool consists of 34 privately owned 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Located 100 yards from Playa Flamingo and within easy walking distance of the local supermarket, shops and restaurants. The village centre is a 10 minute stroll away.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a weekly clean including sheet and towel change.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
