Bungalow in a great location in Costa Teguise on the Island of Lanzarote.
This beachfront property with unrestricted sea views offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms situated in, a quiet residential complex of apartments and bungalows, just 30 metres from the beach, with no roads to cross and only 2-minutes from restaurants, shops and bars.
The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom also has a double bed with further family bathroom . Large, modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining area with views over the terraces and out to sea. A beautiful living room with full Sky TV package, DVD and stereo system. Large, open terrace once again with sea views. A safe is provided for use of guests.
There are 4 pools on the complex, 2 of wich are heated in the winter months , there is also a restaurant and a pool bar. Just 15 minutes drive from airport. Flexible changeover. Have a look at our Guest book for comments that our guests have left

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
Owner's Tips...
Lanzarote's 18 hole international standard golf course is only a few minutes drive away, as is the Aquapark.
Local restaurants particularly worth visiting are La Tunera, La Jordana, Emperor (Chinese), Sausolito (Italian), Montmartre (French), Angelos (Italian), La Aulaga (Spanish), Casa Luis (Spanish - Great Tapas!) Oscars
