About the property

This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor of the Playa Bastian complex and sleeps up to 5 persons. Completely refurbished with new tiling throughout, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture etc.

The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom (with wall safe) and a twin bedroom each with built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Bathrooms are fully tiled, one with walk in shower area and a second bathroom with bath and shower, all have vanity units with in-built sinks.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar area with oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster all utensils and pots & pans. The apartment is also fitted with a smoke detector.

The lounge contains 2 large two seater sofas, flat screen satellite TV/radio (no need to miss the soaps), DVD, coffee table and storage unit. From the lounge you can access the balcony area that has excellent sea views and overlooks the pool area it also has a large table/parasol with seating for five.

Two sets of towels will be provided and towels and linen will be changed at the end of each week. We do not provide beach towels though.

On the development there are three pools (one is heated), and a kiddies splash pool. There are plenty of free sunloungers available and two pool bars that provide some entertainment and also a barbeque once a week.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

There are several supermarkets nearby with one of them baking fresh bread for breakfast.

Within 5 minutes walk there are Italian, Spanish, Chinese and English restaurants and bars.

The main resort centre is only 10 minutes walk away along the scenic promenade walk and there you will find a more livelier environment with many more bars and restaurants with some offering free entertainment along with shops for your bargains & souvenirs.

The local Playa Bastian beach is a short stroll through the apartments. The larger Las Cucharas beach is only a further 10 minutes along the scenic coastal walk. All have sunloungers and parasols.

Inland from the apartment there is the aqua park which you can walk to in about 15 minutes. There is also one of the islands 18 hole golf courses within 5 minutes drive or taxi ride from the apartment.

Buses to the capital of Arrecife or the resort of Puerto del Carmen can be found across the road.

Car hire is easy as there are several to choose from near to the apartment or if you wish you can hire direct at the airport whilst waiting of your luggage and it is possible to park outside the apartment.
