About the property

This spacious villa has the appearance of a typical whitewashed home. It is decorated to a high standard and is the perfect location for your self catering holiday. It has two large bedrooms (one double and one twin) and comfortably sleeps four persons. Each bedroom features large sliding wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing tables.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has a large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle making it just as easy as at home. All cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses and crockery are provided.
The villa boasts a large tiled patio area which is ideal for al-fresco dining. It is fitted with a retractable canopy which can create a shady area to relax when the sun is at its peak.

This private villa is situated in the quiet well located complex of El Palomar, which is a 15 stroll from the heart of Playa Blanca where you will find a large choice of shops restaurants and bars.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change midway through your stay.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
