Situated only a few minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen in the quiet village of Macher this villa enjoys magnificent views of the Femes mountains and across the sea to neighbouring Fuerteventura.
The luxury villa is beautifully appointed and provides ideal accommodation for families or groups. Access to the property is via a long driveway from a cul de sac, bordered by a lava rock garden on one side and mature garden on the other. In addition to the garden surrounding the house this property boasts one of the few grass lawns on the island.
The spacious terraces are on two levels with both open and covered areas and the 8m by 4m swimming pool on the lower level is acclimatized during the winter months, with solar heating all year round.
The villa sleeps up to 8 people and offers a split level lounge and dining room, attractively furnished with upholstered sofas and digital TV (limited channels), dining table and 8 chairs; leading onto a sheltered terrace, ideal for enjoying summer evenings. Modern fitted kitchen incorporating fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron, table and 4 chairs; separate utility room with washing machine. Hallway from the dining room leading to 2 twin bedrooms; 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed; full bathroom; master double bedroom featuring walk in wardrobe and beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto the terrace.
Maid service provided twice weekly.
